Position: Administration / Accounting Support – Full Time or Part Time

 

Location: 850 Tapscott Road, Suite 11, Scarborough Ontario (Finch and Markham area)

 

Position Summary:

This position has two primary responsibilities: Provide general administration for the office; and perform general booking and accounting related activities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

Perform general administration tasks as required

 

 

Responsible for the smooth running of the office

 

 

Bookkeeping – A/P, A/R, invoicing, payroll, etc.

 

 

Vendor management – sourcing, ordering, returns

 

 

Customer management – respond to customer queries and related activities

 

 

Provide administrative support for executives and sales staff

 

Requirements:

   

Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office products

   

Organizational skills and be results driven

   

Strong focus on maintaining and following procedures

   

Strong customer focus and communication skills

   

Self manage tasks to completion

   

Ability to compose normal business correspondence

   

Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

   

Records maintenance skills

   

Automobile for occasional tasks

   

Ideally, bookkeeping/accounting experience and exposure to automated accounting systems
