Position: Administration / Accounting Support – Full Time or Part Time

Location: 850 Tapscott Road,
Suite 11, Scarborough Ontario (Finch and Markham area)

Position Summary:
|
|
This position has two primary responsibilities: Provide general
administration for the office; and perform general booking and
accounting related activities.
|

Duties and Responsibilities:
|
|
|
|
Perform general administration tasks as required
|
|
|
|
Responsible for the smooth running of the office
|
|
|
|
Bookkeeping – A/P, A/R, invoicing, payroll, etc.
|
|
|
|
Vendor management – sourcing, ordering, returns
|
|
|
|
Customer management – respond to customer
queries and related activities
|
|
|
|
Provide administrative support for executives and sales staff
|
|
|
|
Requirements:

|
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office products
|
| |
|
Organizational skills and be results driven
|
| |
|
Strong focus on maintaining and following procedures
|
| |
|
Strong customer focus and communication skills
|
| |
|
Self manage tasks to completion
|
| |
|
Ability to compose normal business correspondence
|
| |
|
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
|
| |
|
Records maintenance skills
|
| |
|
Automobile for occasional tasks
|
| |
|
Ideally, bookkeeping/accounting experience and exposure to
automated accounting systems
|
|
|
