Position: Inside Sales - Lead Generation

 

Location: Toronto

 

Position Summary:

Generate sales leads for marketing campaigns of Internet security products for businesses. You will be dealing with companies at the executive level or computer department management level. Leads generated are passed on to sales representatives for follow up.

 

Required product training will be provided. This position can lead to a Sales Representative position.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

   

Use a computer and the Internet to compile lists of potential customers

   

Prepare mailing of flyer information

   

Follow up telephone calls

   

Maintain accurate records of mailings, calls placed, and results

   

Prepare routine sales lead generation and activity reports

   

Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

     

Requirements:

   

No Internet security or product knowledge required. Will train.

   

Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office products

   

Experience using the Internet for research

   

Telephone sales skills

   

Ability to make cold calls

   

Pleasant phone manner

   

Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

   

Records maintenance skills
